Business Reset for small companies.

Experienced business support for small companies - with a clear scope and a fee you know before we start.

Is it time for a reset?

Has your business become harder to run than it should be?

Not every company that needs a reset is in trouble. Often it’s quieter than that:

  • Things have stalled. Nothing is wrong, exactly, but growth has flattened and the next step isn’t obvious.

  • People work in silos. Sales, product and operations each do good work, but not in the same direction.

  • The early energy has faded. You’re past the excitement of starting out, and what carried you then doesn’t carry you now.

  • Growth has outpaced structure. Responsibilities are unclear, and the owner carries too much.

  • You’re building the basics. A young company with a good product and early customers, but no real commercial plan or routines yet.

If one of these sounds familiar, you probably don’t need a large consulting engagement. You need an outside view, a few clear choices and a plan the team can carry.

How it works

Three stages over three weeks, focused on one central business challenge. You work with me directly - the owner or manager alone, or with a small leadership team (or the whole team if you are less than 10 people)

1. Take stock

We talk through your business, review the key material and identify what is getting in the way. You receive a short assessment of the main issues and the decisions you need to make.

2. Choose the priorities

We build the roles, routines or commercial approach you need to act. You get a practical 90-day plan and up to two working tools.

3. Establish structure

In a half-day workshop we agree who you serve best, what makes you different and what fits. You leave with three priorities , including what to stop or postpone.

You finish with a clearer direction, fewer competing priorities and a plan you can start using the next day.

From intimate wellness to humanitarian light

I’m Karianne Ellekrans, entrepreneur, commercial leader and interim executive. I’ve spent 18 years inside small companies with big ambitions.

I co-founded Norway’s first premium sexual wellness brand and took it to 40 countries, launched a medtech product for women’s health, and served as interim CEO of BRIGHT Products, a solar-light company supplying UNHCR and other humanitarian organisations. Two of the companies I co-founded were acquired.

It hasn’t all gone to plan. There have been setbacks, difficult decisions and things I would do differently today. That experience shapes how I work: spotting problems earlier, questioning assumptions and helping others make clearer choices.

My experience is hands-on: product development and manufacturing, quality and environmental systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485), and building routes to market, from direct online sales to business customers, public tenders and pharmacy listings. Always within small organisations, working across Norway, Sweden and international markets, with customers and suppliers.

I know the constraints a small team works under and where the possibilities are. I help companies take stock, find their focus and establish the structure to move forward.

My approach is people-first: clear direction, clear ownership and room to act, so everyone can contribute their best.

Based in Stockholm, working in English, Norwegian and Swedish.
